Who Am I

NUMBERS DON’T MATTER. Yes, it’s an unusual statement — especially from someone who lives and breathes sales strategy. But let me explain. My background is deeply rooted in the IT business, shaped by years of working toward double-digit growth targets. For me, a number isn’t just a KPI — it’s a signal. A signal of how far I need to step outside my comfort zone. It’s a challenge, a motivator, and often, the spark that drives innovation,adaptation, and transformation. Numbers alone don’t move markets — people, ideas, and ambition do. That’s where I come in. I love designing GTM strategies and implementing them as catalysts to make bold goals achievable — and to turn dreams into results. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies across a wide range of cultures, organizational structures, and business models — from highly focused startups to complex global enterprises. My journey has taken me across Europe, into Ukraine, and to the U.S., supporting teams through transformation, rapid growth, spin-offs, and post aquisition integration.N

Through each experience, one thing has become clear: a well designed GTM strategy is not just a roadmap — it’s a stabilizer in change, a growth engine in acceleration, and a compass during reinvention. Every role I’ve held has been a new chapter of personal and professional growth — and that pursuit of learning and impact is what drives me every day. 25 years ago, I made Austria my home — and today, I live just outside Vienna, one of the world’s most inspiring cities, with a great airport that connects you to the world.
